This article presents a three-dimensional model of the “Agarak” Historical and Cultural Reserve using high-resolution aerial photographs and laser scanning data obtained by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Aerial photography was conducted using a professional DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise (Mavic 3E) UAV. Survey routes were developed for the aerial photography and laser scanning. Laser scanning was performed using Leica MS60 R2000, CHCNAV RS10, and CHCNAV AlphaUni 20 instruments, which provide an intra-cloud accuracy of 5 mm and a global positioning accuracy of 2-5 cm. The following software was used to process the laser scanning data: CHCNAV CoPre and CHCNAV CoProcess. Photogrammetric processing was performed in Agisoft Metashape Professional, resulting in an orthophotomap of the terrain with a resolution of 5 cm. A 3D terrain model was created in Agisoft Metashape by integrating laser scanning and aerial photography data. Topographic and cadastral plans at a scale of 1:1000 were created in AutoCAD and Civil 3D using the laser scanning and aerial photography data. The developed complex method made it possible to obtain a three-dimensional model of the territory of the historical and cultural reserve "Agarak", topographic and cadastral plans at a scale of 1:1000, the accuracy of which is within the 95% confidence interval, using data obtained with the help of high-precision instruments and equipment (aerial photography, laser scanning, phototriangulation, terrain processing and their integration), as well as modern software for processing this data.
