The work principle of known hydrodynamic leveling systems is presented, where the measurement is carried out by complex lifting mechanism due to uniform lifting tank with working liquid. This mechanism was heavier and larger than all other equipment of the system taken together. A new hydrodynamic leveling system was developed, which works in dynamic mode instead of liquid kinematic mode of the previous system. The electromagnetic liquid valves (∅ 10 mm) are used instead of the lifting mechanism, working synchronously with the micro pump. Laboratory experiments of the new system and measurement accuracy were carried out. The obtained accuracy is smaller than the 0,05 mm set forth in the technical project.
