The article touches upon the capacity of city arterial streets when there are intersections with traffic light regulation. When calculating the capacity of arterial street sections, the number of carriageway lanes was taken into account with a multi-lane factor and a capacity reduction factor, taking into account the traffic light regulation. Based on the data of actual research, the graph of the values of the capacity reduction factor depending on the length of the section was obtained, which will make it possible to determine the capacity of the section of any arterial street when there are intersections with traffic light regulation.
