This article examines the problem of a significant lack of parking infrastructure in the city of Yerevan and proposes an innovative solution - the introduction of hybrid vertical parking modules. The proposed module is based on three innovative components: the use of recycled parts of unused vehicles, artificial intelligence-based reservation (AI-PRS), and a socially balanced payment system. Based on an urban development analysis, possible locations for deployment in different administrative districts of Yerevan were proposed. The results indicate that the proposed model is not only technically feasible and economically beneficial, but also ensures social justice and territorial efficiency, becoming a viable and widely applicable solution for modern urban parking management.
