The medieval architecture holds a distinctive position, particularly with regard to secular architecture, where late medieval amarats or Melikian palaces assume a significant role. This research entails comprehensive analyses, including plan, spatial, and structural comparisons, focusing on the melik palace owned by Davit Bek, the son of Melik-Barkhudar, in the village of Tegh. The characteristics of this structure were juxtaposed with those from the 15th to 18th centuries that have been preserved in the former Melik settlements of Artsakh and Syunik provinces, encompassing palaces and castles. The study delved into the symmetry of analogous structures and scrutinized small architectural features such as fireplaces, slits, niches, and decorative embellishments. Through a meticulous and thorough analysis, the research proposes an option for the restoration and reevaluation of the structure, considering its historical and architectural significance
