This article discusses the development of a methodology for thermal design of residential buildings, which includes the optimal selection and operation of multi-energy systems integrated with renewable technologies. A model is proposed and evaluated for the systematic application of photovoltaic, solar thermal, and geothermal heat pump technologies. The presented model can serve as an effective technological solution for implementing energy-efficient building projects and making optimal technological decisions during the design and construction phases, taking into account the significant potential of renewable energy resources in the Republic of Armenia, particularly solar and geothermal. These provisions can contribute to the sustainable development of the country’s economic and energy systems, as well as environmental protection
