The Results of Testing a Truss Manufactured Using Pultrusion Technology

This paper presents a description of the technology using pultrusion profiles, which are used in world construction practice, as well as the classification of pultrusion profiles and their physical and mechanical characteristics. In order to study the applicability of pultrusion profiles as structural elements, a triangular truss made of these profiles was tested under the influence of the full operational load of the structure. It was recorded that under the influence of full operational load, the work of the truss was mainly elastic, and the values of the maximum relative deflections recorded in the nodes of the truss did not exceed the regulatory requirements.
