Abstract

This article examines the causes of traffic jams and congestion on Yerevan's road network, analyzes them, and develops solutions. A data-driven and digital modeling approach is proposed to improve traffic management efficiency. Short-, medium-, and long-term measures are proposed, along with a comprehensive parking and smart mobility strategy for the sustainable development of the city's transportation system.
