Abstract

The article examines issues related to the principles of land-cadastre zoning and agro-production grouping of agricultural lands in the Republic of Armenia using a comparison of field and laboratory research methods. As a result of the research, it was revealed that, taking into account the peculiarities of land-cadastre zoning, five land-cadastre regions and a number of districts have been identified in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. It has been established that land-cadastre zoning will serve as a basis for effective management of land resources, land use, and effective organization of the process of cadastral valuation of agricultural lands.
