This paper explores the transfer and three-dimensional (3D) modeling of Master Plan (MP) graphical data in DWG format within a Geographic Information System (GIS) environment, using the rural settlement of Verin Ptghni as a case study. The article proposes a methodology for processing, standardizing, and integrating MP data through the creation of a GIS-based cartographic database. During the study, the vector file of the Master Plan was imported into the GIS environment, and work was carried out to harmonize the attribute data of various layers. Based on the processed data, a 3D model of the Verin Ptghni settlement was developed. This model serves not only as a tool for urban planning, cadastral, and administrative processes but also establishes a methodology for data standardization. This approach is intended for future application in other communities and can be visualized within a unified cartographic module.
