For several years now, many earthquakes, including destructive ones, have been occurring in Iran, Syria and Turkey. Entire cities compare to the earth and millions of residents are left homeless, and tens of thousands of them die. The terrible events that took place in the immediate vicinity of our Republic were of little interest to our researchers and builders. Debates were not organized, specialists who studied these earthquakes were not invited, and most importantly, the causes of such a large-scale disaster were not clarified and the necessary conclusions were not drawn that were important for the seismic protection of our Republic. In this work, we have made an attempt to fill this gap to some extent, while proposing a new structural solution for the external suspended wall, flexibly connected to the frame elements for a multi-storey reinforced concrete frame building.
