The formulas show the root-mean-square error in calculating the area of an administrative unit, cadastral districts, surfaces of real estate objects created by an electronic total station, satellite GPS receiver and floor orthomosaics. The displacement of a unit of real estate area from the surface of the reference ellipsoid to the height of the physical surface of the Earth is given. 04/29/2021 The governments of the Republic of Armenia were studied. The content of decision N 698-N proposed to correct the distortions of geodetic terms and designations adopted in the formulas in the text of the decision, the text of some paragraphs was replaced by a new essay, it was justified that the degree of accuracy of assessing measurements in the field of geodesy and cartography is not assessed as a percentage, but is calculated according to accepted theoretical formulas. It was proposed to create a scientific and technical council within the Cadastral Committee system, where, as a result of discussions, such omissions would be eliminated.
