The methods given for determining the dynamic coefficient currently accepted in the norms of different countries were studied and compared. Various formulas and values used for determining the theoretical value of the dynamic coefficient in the norms of different countries were analyzed. The dynamic coefficient is a characteristic that evaluates the response of the flight structure to the influence of the vehicle traveling by it and is related to the flight structure's oscillations and the speed of the vehicle. Currently, different countries are reviewing the procedure for determining the dynamic coefficient of bridges, the differences of which are presented in this article. In the article, according to the norms of different countries, dynamic coefficients for bridges with different spans were calculated and compared. The specifics of determining the dynamic coefficient in RA were also analyzed.
