In the current conditions of shortage of land resources, significant territories of a number of post-industrial cities of the Republic of Armenia, having lost their main function, were eventually excluded from active activity and gradually turned into abandoned, unusable zones. Localization of the industrial cluster model can become the most effective option for modernization of the planning, spatial, contour urban environment of such territories. The optimal (effective) organization of the model can influence competition, creating the possibility of new intercommunal connections from the point of view of spatial planning. New tasks will be set to modernize urban architectural images, increase the productivity of cluster companies, integrate innovative approaches and stimulate business development in new sectors of the economy.
